AWI wines are produced from super premium grapes harvested from their vineyard in the Uco valley located near Mendoza in Argentina. The red wines were aged in first and second use French oak barrels for 12-14 months. Once bottled the wine is aged another 12 months before being shipped up to their warehouse in Houston.

2020 Mitad-Mitad
Co-fermentation of Chardonnay and Viognier in a 50/50 blend creates a full bodied white wine with depth and uncommon complexity. Aromas of honey and dried apricot lead to flavors of pear and green apple with just a hint of buttered toast on the finish. Integrated acidity and great balance make this wine the personal favorite of “Ms. AWI”.
